What Shipping Methods Are Available?

For orders shipping within Canada, we use Canada Post Expedited (1-2 business days).

For orders shipping to the United States, we use DHL Express (highly recommended – 1-2 business days)


USPS (3-5 business days, but in rare instances delivery has taken up to 10 business days).

For orders shipping to Europe & Asia, we use DHL Express (1-3 business days).

How Long Will It Take To Get My Package?

For orders being shipped via Canada Post or DHL, expect your shipment to arrive within 1-3 business days after your order was placed.

For orders being shipped via USPS, expect your shipment to arrive within 3-5 business days after your order was placed. However, please note that USPS has been known to deliver up to 10 or more business days after an order has been placed.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We ship throughout Canada and the continental US. We also ship to Europe, East Asia, and parts of South East Asia.

How Do I Track My Order?

If your item was shipped via Canada Post or DHL, and an email was provided by you, an email from the courier will automatically be generated with your tracking number!

If your item was shipped via USPS, we do not provide tracking numbers as it is an economy shipping option!

Do You Have a Price Protection Policy?

Excluding coupons or temporary promotions, we offer a one-time price adjustment for items purchased within 7 days of original purchase.

What’s The Coupon Codes Policy?
